'Vina' (it is also called ‘DPUN 035‘, and 'DPUN 35')
'Todd Kennedy' of the 'California Rare Fruit Growers' donated cuttings of 'Vina' on March 12th 1996.
Originally from the Trappist Monastery, in Vina, CA. It might have been one of the old plantings in the original Stanford Ranch.
The fruit of ‘Vina’ has a papershell type of skin, that is reddish pink in color.
The arils of its fruit contain very soft tender seeds!
